Vision is central to any strategy (part 1). The vision summarizes the future that you aim for. The goals and objectives to be reached build the milestones on your business' journey.

 

The Resources of your company define what can be reached in the future. The wrong resources would limit you. The aim is to maintain, develop and extend resources clearly focused on and tailored to your vision. We take into consideration material and immaterial resources and core competencies (part 2).

We consider organizational structures in a broad sense: therefore, we also include the operational organization, i.e., processes, and the flow of information and value.
